I empower my clients to strive for a perfect state of wellness by providing the necessary tools and support. Regular movement and proper nutrition for better health and wellbeing.

My goal is to help you re-imagine your life. With extensive experience in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, as well as Behavior Change Coaching and a vast history of client success, my individualized positive approach will help you attain your goals.

My name is Mirella Bulawa. I am certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Behavioral Change Specialist. I am also certified to do Assisted Stretching. I was always physically active but in my early years I haven’t really known much about healthy ways of living. Today, I’m proficient in using many natural methods, like essential oils, herbs, tinctures, and cupping, to keep my family in a good state of health. This passion for a healthy lifestyle led me on a path of helping others. As a personal trainer, I teach my clients about the importance of being physically active and make every session as fun (and safe) as possible. As a nutrition coach, I advise my clients about better nutrition choices and keep them accountable on their journey to become a healthier version of themselves. As a behavioral change specialist, I encourage my clients to change their way of thinking, self-talk, and all the habits which sabotage their proceedings to become healthier. It’s a long process but instead of short term dieting, we work on implementing life-long lifestyle changes. As an assisted stretching specialist, I help my clients stretch, which is a great way to improve their range of motion and prevent injury. A healthy lifestyle is not just about working out. It’s also about eating healthy, nutritious meals; staying positive; and learning how to manage stress. Our life is constantly changing and we have to consistantly adapt to it. I love to help my clients understand that there is always a story behind weight problems - from taking care of others and abandoning yourself, through hiding unhappy emotions, to stress overload - those are just a few examples. Only by looking in the mirror and seeing a beautiful, awesome woman, the door to transformation of a body can open up. On top of it if you have someone who keeps you accountable, the transformation gets much easier and more successful.
